*You do not have to have a membership with Koi Medical to access the services we provide. You can still enjoy accessing the following Koi Medical Healthcare & Wellness Services without having a membership.

WEIGHT LOSS MANAGEMENT TREATMENT OPTIONS
There is a $50/month clinical fee for medical management while on the weight loss medical management program
Monthly payments will recur for the length of time each vial of medication is prescribed (2-3 months minimum)
*Monthly weight loss clinical fee does not apply to Primary Care membership plans

Semaglutide

The Initial vial of Semaglutide lasts about 8-12 weeks, depending upon titration schedule of treatment. As treatment progresses and titration increases, will depend on how long each vial lasts after the initial vial.

- $300/vial
Semaglutide w/ B12 & Glycine
- $450/vial
- Cost will not exceed $350/month, when at Max dose, which includes clinical medical management fee

Telehealth Visits included for clinical management of weight loss only
Additional Telehealth visits, not for weight management, are $50 per visit
Additional Home Health Visits are $125 per visit

Tirzepatide

The initial vial of Tirzepatide lasts about 6-8 weeks, depending upon titration schedule of treatment. As treatment progresses and titration increases, will depend on how long each vial lasts after the initial vial.

Tirzepatide w/B12 & Glycine
- $600 for initial vial, lasting 6-8 weeks then $300+/month depending upon dosing after initial vial
